Where an engagement is accepted, its scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed before substantive work begins. Certain matters may require legal counsel or other specialist advisers to be engaged before we proceed.
Adian & Co. provides strategic advisory, negotiation and coordination services.
We do not provide legal advice, regulated investigative services, security services or public-relations services. Where specialist expertise is required, we work alongside appropriately qualified professionals as part of the broader strategy.
Clients may retain their existing advisers or, where appropriate, we can assist in assembling the required professional team.
